PO BOX 432 Effort PA 18330.We will fax you an order acknowledgement order form for the credit card holder to sign and agree with the acknowledgement agreement. After acceptable forms of payment is received the order will proceed with the label design. A final proof will be emailed, provided that you must approve and fax back before the order can be processed. Large customers after their initial order and which will order frequently may have the opportunity for net 15 day terms. A credit application must be filled out completely and your credit must be satisfactory in order to receive our credit terms.  This also includes the officer/owner of the company to completely sign a personal guarantee.
